Gator Chrysler Dodge Jeep

I chose Gator Chrysler to purchase my new "used" vehicle because of Chris Hill. I was at Gator for a service call a few months ago and was looking over the lot of used cars and met him and "used" vehicle because of Chris Hill. At that time, I left, certain that when I did actually make a purchase, within the year, that I would go straight to Chris Hill. Today was the day to trade in my old PT Cruiser. I had found a couple on your website that I liked. I stopped in and after several months, Chris remembered me and had me in my new "used" vehicle in no time at all. Smooth transaction. Chris Hill is just the sort of sales rep that I like to work with. I had such confidence in him that I felt comfortable enough to go on my own (without my husband) and make the car choice by myself. Shopping for a new car requires lots of time and energy! After some research, we selected Gator Chrysler because it is a long-time dealership in this area with a good reputation. We found the inventory to be the best, for us, in this county. The lots, showroom and all facilties that we used were clean and bright making shopping easier. The salesman, Clint Bowen, had spent several hours with us a few weeks previous. Because of his knowledge of the products, and his enthusasm for them, we decided to go back to Gator and ask Clint to help us inour final decision. He was direct with questions and answers. We liked his no-nonsense attitude while, at the same time, his being a very friendly and an easy person with whom to deal. Top rating! We found all of the personnel at Gator to be professional, courteous and friendly. More

At first, I was looking at another brand, but when I started checking around, the RAM was what I wanted. I first met Chris Godwin when I got there and he showed what model I was looking for. When I asked for other features, he helped me look for a similar model that had more stuff. He also made a point to be clear on the diffrences on the different models. When we found that there were none on the lot, he offered to look at other locations or made a suggestion of knowing someone that could help me with adding in the features I wanted. There was never any pressure to make an immediate decision and worked with me on getting what I was looking for. I added some extra features and Chris was quick with scheduling my appointment for the upgrades. I got what I wanted and Chris did not once even talk down about the other dealers I told him I talked with. I even said that I was not happy with the sales staff at the competing dealer and he did not bad talk them once. Good Professionalism. I came away with my truck satisfied and I recommend Gator and just talked with my son in law who was in the market for the same truck I was looking for previously. He lives over 100 miles away but I suggested he re-look at the RAM 1500 4x4 and come to Gator, he would like it better and it would worth the drive. Look up Chris when you get there, even though, while I was around the lot, the other sales staff were also friendly and they new I was being helped by someone else. More
