I tried for over a week to purchase Dodge Ram 1500 at local Orlando and Kissimmee Dodge dealers. I visited 5 of them and I culd not close the deal at none of them. Either price was too high for the same local Orlando and Kissimmee Dodge dealers. I visited 5 of them and I culd not close the deal at none of them. Either price was too high for the same car or many missleading advertisement which did not in reality mean enything. Every single dealer wanted me to stop by to get a quote - nothing over the phone will be done they said.In today's market you have a feeling that you are no longer a customer - you are just another number that just walked in and sales personel is there like a shark who want's to rub you in a daylight giving you higher price for the vehicle then is listed on the net or trying to convince you that you are getting you a great deal but they explain all the number the way that is design to confuse you and push to financial disaster far fro the deal that was promissed to you. They don't care about customer satisfaction. Dodge dealers in Orlando or Kissimmee do not value your time either - they are focused on their profit only. Frustrated completely I was giving up on Dodge completely and decided to give one more shot at Gator Dodge dealer at Melbourne. I called Barbara Scholten. She was able to get me real numbers over the phone - pre apprise my trade-in and just play honest fair deal. I completed financing application on line and in an hour got approval. I drove 80 miles from Kissimmee where I lived and bought a truck that I wanted in Melbourne, FL. It was easy like that. No games, no aggrivation, appropriate rebates were applied and numbers were explained to me the way their are. I signed all the documents by Barbara desk - no games like "running to the Manager to get approval" or Manager walking to you shaking your hand and trying to read you "how much I can screw you". Every single dealer played exactly the sam game - accept Gator Dodge. Gator is stress free and simple to deal with. Why other dealers can not learn from Gator and Barbara?? I would recommend anybody who wants to purchase a Dodge , Jeep or Chrysler to skip other dealers in Orlando or Kissimmee and just call Barbara Scholten at Gator. More

The salesman was nice and the jeep was too but i was unhappy about them not using my pre-approved loan. Instead, the dealership decided to use their loan to get some extra money out of it which caused m unhappy about them not using my pre-approved loan. Additionally, the sales manager showed me a price of $9800 and said i just need $1000 to close the deal and then brought out a new estimate that he said gave me more for my trade but somehow even after "more for my trade" and $1000 down, i ended up financing $9000 instead of $8800. That made me mad that the sales MANAGER tricked me. More

I returned to Gator to purchase my latest SUV solely based on the positive experience I had 3 years ago when I purchased my previous vehicle. This time around was even better than the last! Vinnie stayed with me through the entire process and even shut my door when I drove off in my new SUV! A true professional and gentlemen. I would refer any family member or close friend to him. But I also have to mention Charlie and Maryann. They kept the entire process positive and enjoyable for me. Purchasing a car from them is nothing like the days of old where it was all about sales, sales, sales and high pressure to purchase even more than you wanted.
