I was met very quickly, and was the saleaman was very polite. he showed me some 300's, what i was looking for, Too bad you didn't have what i wanted. Than I asked him about the 200. This is our third car purchase over a 7 year period (with "poor", "decent" and "great credit" respectively), and as the previous times, the experience has always exceeded our expectations. Their no-haggle price was nicely below black book retail (good info to know because some banks- like USAA- use that to determine car LTV) and the salesman was so nice and truly genuine you'd think you were in church. The finance guy has been there foreeeever now and he's pretty awesome to work with too. No pressure on any front and even the lot attendant was friendly. I will always do my research on vehicles, but I will always give this dealer the opportunity to earn my repeat business. More

Ron was a great help in getting our car! Service is terrible. They have had my car longer than I've owned it. I keep getting pushed back on a warranty repair! For this reason, I could not recommend this dealership to anyone. The sales staff is great, but if service can't keep up why buy there? Sorry UPDATE: 5/7/2013 Got a call this afternoon and the car was ready! While the warranty repair was completed, they also found the rear brakes needed replacing. The dealership took care of this at no charge to me for the inconvenience. I would have to reconsider my recommendation and say they went above and beyond! More
