I bought a used 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt 9 months ago and was never completely happy with this car. I was looking for something that was 4 door and had more room inside. I explained to Nick my concerns and he was more than willing to work with me. Nick was very friendly, polite and extremely helpful in helping me to decide which car met my needs. I was up front telling Nick that I could have a problem getting approved for a loan but he said he would do all he could to help me. I live in Lake Mary which is a one and a half hour drive from this dealership so I was very hesitant to make the trip without knowing if I was going to be able to make a deal. The car I went to look at was exactly as described and Jeff was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was able to purchase the vehicle, they treated me right on my trade, got me excellent financing and did all of those things in a very friendly and hassle free way.
