Couple of things that would have made the experience all 5's: 1. The vehicle we purchased was not "detailed" or washed up nicely and time or care wasn't taken to have it nice for us before we left. 2. Woul 5's: 1. Sam was friendly and enthusiastic and showed us the models we were interested in seeing. We left that day without buying. Sam left us a phone message the next day. We drove to Boniface-Hiers on January 3rd and looked at their selection and talked with a salesperson. We left Boniface without purchasing a vehicle. We decided that Gator had the model/color/trim that we wanted and we returned on the afternoon of January 3rd and bought from Sam and Gator! More

We started shopping for a new car several weeks ago we came to Gator to pick up a brochure for a Dodge Journey.
