Great Truck We came into the dealer just to check out the new Ram 1500 ECO Diesel. We were pretty blown away by the Ram truck and Steve did a good job of selling it. I am in sales as well and can always appreciate a good salesman. He had some great lines! When we got home that evening with our new truck my brother had told me he was wanting to get one and had been researching it for a couple months. I let him drive our new truck twice. He wants one too and I gave him Steve's business card. He will be in to get one! My overall experience at your dealership was excellent. Only one little complaint. The fuel tank was filled but the DEF tank was registering under 1/2 full. I would have thought that would have been full as well. More

The Gator Experience! Usually do not enjoy the car buying experience but our trip to Melbourne and Gator Automotive Group was the exception! Our salesperson Ron Apple was professional, efficient and courteous (and threw in a few interesting stories for the same price!). No doubt one of Gator's best asset is Maryann Higgins, finance manager! Wow, she is so helpful and fast and a treasure to meet and deal with! (As it turned out, she has friends almost in our backyard here in Lakeland!). Usually the visit to the finance manager's office is not unlike a trip to the dentist or the local IRS office but Maryann made that last step, before heading back to Lakeland, most pleasant and special!
