New Chrysler 200S Purchase - Super Visit!! Traded in my 2014 Dodge Dart Limited for a 2015 Chrysler 200S. The Dart was too small, and never got used to the 4 cylinder engine. Richie was able to get me the model I wanted and did it in record time! He new all the procedures necessary to get me through the dealership without a hitch. Great bunch of friendly people at Gator. I originally called to look at a different vehicle and it had sold. She told me about a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Sport that they just received. I went in the following day and it was right there for me to drive. Debbie was friendly, down to earth, and did not pressure me into buying the vehicle. She gave me a great deal and Maryann Higgins, Finance Mgr., was also a pleasure to deal with in financing the vehicle. I will only use Gator from now on. More

I returned to the dealership Saturday Dec 27 to see the price reduced on one of the vehicles I really liked that morning. Lev and I took it out for a longer test drive and I made the decision to buy the car. From there everything was smooth paperwork was quick had to wait a little on finance manager but I understood as this is the busiest time of the year for vehicle sales. We finished the financing and my car was waiting all clean and shiny! More

She is without a doubt the best! She walked us through the process, helped us decide which vehicle was best fit for my wife and was pleasant the whole way. Barb kept us informed of the manufacturing process, where the Jeep was in the system and finally the estimated delivery date. When it arrived she sent us pictures and told us to come and get it. The pick up process was even easier. She had the paperwork ready, we signed with finance and were on our way in under an hour!!! It was awesome. The next day Barb called my wife to see if she had any questions or needed help with anything. That to me is above and beyond customer service. I applaud Barb!!! I will never buy another behicle anywhere else except Gator Jeep and Barb will be our rep. They are the best in the industry, with kudos to Barb!!! More
