Just stay away from this place I went in to Melbourne Gator Chrysler Dodge in desperate need of a car. Salesman Dennis Miller lied to me about the book value of the car. Lied to me I went in to Melbourne Gator Chrysler Dodge in desperate need of a car. Salesman Dennis Miller lied to me about the book value of the car. Lied to me about a safety recall being repaired. Told me they cleaned the car...they didn't even clean the windows or vacuum the floor. Nothing that Dennis Miller told me was true!!!! As for the service department, they had me wait for three hours while they performed a service that the service manager later said was not needed. They also could not diagnose a simple brake noise. It turned out to be pitting on the rear brake rotors, easily visible. Only needed refinish rear brake rotors and new pads to fix it. I don't get how anybody could miss the pitting on the rotor, it was obvious as soon as the wheel was removed. Maybe when they inspected the brakes they didn't take the wheels off. Every visit to this dealership was a lesson in deception and greed. Would never go here again for any reason. More
An unexpected surpise I stopped by the dealership to have some service done to my company vehicle. I mentioned to the service department manager that I was going to go loo I stopped by the dealership to have some service done to my company vehicle. I mentioned to the service department manager that I was going to go look at the Ram 1500's while I waited. She asked if I wanted to have a salesperson come over and answer any questions. I told her that was fine. A few minutes later I met Barbara Scholten. I told her what I was interested in. Not only did she answer my questions, she went an got a 1500 for me to look at. Barbara was funny, relaxed and very knowledgeable. I was never pressured into buying (never experienced that before). I went home an discussed the experience with my wife. A day later we were at the dealership and I left with my 2014 Ram 1500 at an amazing price. I'm 52 years old and can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience of my life. We just came to look. We had been thinking about buying a new truck to tow our Airstream trailer, and were pretty sure we wanted a Ram 2500, but couldn't make up our minds We had been thinking about buying a new truck to tow our Airstream trailer, and were pretty sure we wanted a Ram 2500, but couldn't make up our minds between the crew cab and the mega-cab. We saw online that Gator had a 2012 crew cab and a 2013 mega-cab, so we "went to look". We were greeted before we got out of the car by Don E. who proceeded to find out what we were interested in and showed us both trucks, including a test drive. Don was very friendly and helpful and while he was clearly trying to sell us a truck, he did it in a helpful, low-pressure, comfortable way. When we asked about the equipment, Don got us a build sheet. Dennis M. was very helpful along the way, as was Stephanie when we closed the deal. Our looking trip turned into a buying trip and we drove out with the 2013 mega-cab. We commented about a few chips and scratches and Don got us a tube of touch-up paint. There was only one negative to the entire experience - when the truck was delivered it only had one key, and when we asked, we were told that since it was a used truck, they wouldn't/couldn't provide another key. I would think that when selling a truck as expensive as this one, with half the warranty left, in excellent condition, that the dealership would ensure that the truck was properly equipped. They did program a key I bought elsewhere for a reasonable price, however. All in all a good experience and we would go back. More

I was afraid, to entertain the idea of looking at anything outside the norm of a high mileage used car, today that changed because I had been burnt previously by several other so-called dealerships stemming from Orlando to Aurora Rd Melbourne. Today has been one of the best days for me in a long time. Steven C. saw my need and really did well with meeting me at my level. He understood and was "real" and "honest" with me. I was very scared to have anyone look at my credit report because I know what dealerships have said in the past. Today, of all days I got a dream come true, I actually got a the car I wanted and not what a salesman "thought" I should have. I got a 2014 Fiat 500L my new "Herbie" I love it, I love it, I love it" God does send people in our lives when necessary, and I know he sent Steven today. I was treated like a person and even the front desk staff was very friendly too. Thanks Steven, You're the best. God Bless you. More
