Best experience to date. I met Brandon Pimer at my place of employment and mentioned I was looking to trade in my 08 Corolla. He was well groomed pleasant and carried himself I met Brandon Pimer at my place of employment and mentioned I was looking to trade in my 08 Corolla. He was well groomed pleasant and carried himself well for his young years. He mentioned he had some Toyota"s on his lot as well as a large inventory of used cars with warranties, which we were looking to have with any purchase. I told him our specific requirements in order to upgrade to a newer car, as we wanted to, but did not need to do so. He said it was do-able with the credit scores I had quoted, and the max payment I stated. The following day he returned with the initial paperwork as to expedite the buying process as I had mentioned that we hate the 6-8 hour norm of the past experiences. The following day he delivered all he promised in !/2 the time of the past purchasing experiences. We went into Gator and Steven Cavanaugh did more than listen to her wants, he read and interpreted her reaction and actually showed her what she wanted. It turned out to be an upgrade to the Chrysler 200 for our original budget! She was happy so then he worked with me to make the purchase a reality. Steven and his manager literally bent over backwards to try and fulfill my requirements for monthly payments and longevity of the financing. We were never pressured and were at all times treated with respect. I have to replace my truck in a few years and you can bet I'll be looking for Steven Cavanaugh and the Gator dealership. More
Nissan Frontier I had been looking on line for a good quality used truck with low mileage. I found not only one,but two at Gater Suzuki. Making car shopping a pleasure I usually dread car shopping because of all the high-pressure sales tactics often used by car salesmen. However, my experience at Fiat of Melbourne wa I usually dread car shopping because of all the high-pressure sales tactics often used by car salesmen. However, my experience at Fiat of Melbourne was not only painless - it was a pleasure. I had my kids with me, and we were offered beverages and snacks. I hadn't planned on buying a car right away, but the salesman was very helpful and gave me a lot of information about the car I was looking at (Fiat 500 pop) and encouraged me to do my own research online. There was no pressure that I needed to buy the car right away and he respected my budget and did not try to pressure me to go over that. Overall, it was just a great experience and I am delighted with my new Fiat (which I went back the very next day to buy)! More

Not happy It started off great Jeff Mcnight was nice very straight forward. but when asked what our interest rate would be he said based on your credit score sh It started off great Jeff Mcnight was nice very straight forward. but when asked what our interest rate would be he said based on your credit score should be about 7-8% when we went to finalize papers after signing a couple sheets i asked what the interest rate was and the lady said 13%. Um no thank you no where near what we were told even if he made a mistake and shouldn't have quoted that I am not ok with him not discussing that with us before we head over to finalize papers. When I confronted him he claimed he never made that assumption making me out to be a "liar" I don't like nor appreciate the bait and switch tactic. The manager tried to help us by lowering the rate but we decided to go elsewhere. Not quite sure why they would send this survey email to a dissatisfied customer but I am glad they did. More
