Service department lies Bought a 2014 dodge avenger and have been having AC problems since day 1 they constantly told me "it's normal". Took my car to Boniface-Hiers today to Bought a 2014 dodge avenger and have been having AC problems since day 1 they constantly told me "it's normal". Took my car to Boniface-Hiers today to find out it's not normal and one of the service techs at Gator Chrysler installed my cabin air filter wrong and I needed a new one. One of the technicians at Gator Chrysler even marked in the last inspection that my car didn't even have a cabin air filter! When I do! The service manager told corporate that they will not replace the part that they damaged. Corporate won't pay Boniface to fix it because it is the fault of Gator chrysler dodge. So now I have to fax all the paper work to corporate showing incompetence because Gator Chrysler Dodge service department doesn't back the vehicles they sell. Or hold their technicians accountable. I would Avoid ever buying a car here. I would avoid their service department. These people are committing service fraud in my opinion by improper installation of components and doing more harm to your car than good. More
