I liked the fact that we did not have to sign lease documents with a finance manager at the dealership. All the paperwork was signed at Patrick's desk, and it was obvious that he had a good team responding quickly to his/our requests in the back office. We are a very busy couple with little time, and we were in and out in remarkably short order. I have leased 5 previous vehicles at 3 different dealerships, and have to say this was our best experience due to Patrick and Gator's willingness to get us to our price, the fit of the vehicle for our needs, and the speed with which it was done. No gimmicks. Just a willingness to get us what we were looking for. I had been to two other dealerships looking at similar vehicles, and left because they kept making the process tougher than it needed to be. I just wanted a car, at a price I felt good about, with as little involvement in the paper work as possible and as quickly as I could get it done. WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Just needed an oil change that I was conned in to purchasing the service plan. I showed up early for service and was ignored to start, then they final Just needed an oil change that I was conned in to purchasing the service plan. I showed up early for service and was ignored to start, then they finally took the car back and as I sat waiting 4 customers showed up got an oil change and left. As I still sat there and the car sat right next to me apparently it was done now but the tech had not returned the keys so I could not have the car. Then I finally got an angry wave from a tech to come over and get my keys, so I could take them to the cashier. I did that and paid for my tire rotation (that is supposed to be covered with my contract but apparently is not) I finally get back to my car and in their "detail" somehow they missed the axle grease that the tech left on my leather console and door panel. Apparently I was being too picky to expect it that clean as a disgruntled cashier went out to clean it up. I suppose spending $50,000 on a car you should be okay with grease all over the interior. So all said and done I am super unhappy with all phases of this process now. More

I found a vehicle online, called them up and made arrangements over the phone to come look at it Gator Chrysler was an absolute pleasure to work with. The vehicle i had in mind wasn't going to be the best fit, so the salesman Joe Waddy found a vehicle for me while still on the phone with me. I arrived at the used car location in Palm Bay late in the evening with my 2yo and everyone was very nice and accomodating. Unfortunately they were having computer problems and we made plans to meet up the next day at the location in Melbourne and I literally just had to sign the papers when i got there. Joe stream lined everything for me and made up for a bad experience at another dealership. I will definitely be returning there in the future when I'm ready to trade up. I would recommend Gator Chrysler Dodge Jeep to anyone looking for a new/used car and wanting a great experience with knowledgeable friendly staff. More
