Another great car buying experience! I have been buying cars at this dealership since 1990 and have never been disappointed. I have always benn treated with courtesy and respect. For the I have been buying cars at this dealership since 1990 and have never been disappointed. I have always benn treated with courtesy and respect. For the last7-8 years I have dealt with my own personal saleswoman, Debbie Patton. On 1/16/16 I purchased my third car from Debbie. I trust her advice and honesty. She is always willing to go the extra mile to be sure that I am choosing the best vehicle for my needs, at a price I can afford. I have highly recommended this dealership, and Debbie Patton to several of my friends who were also impressed with her. More

The best experience in all our years of car buying! No high pressure tactics - Jim Sadowski initially greeted us when we drove on the lot but let us look around and didn't "sell" us. How refreshing! M No high pressure tactics - Jim Sadowski initially greeted us when we drove on the lot but let us look around and didn't "sell" us. How refreshing! Made an agreement to talk the next day and at the appointed time, we did! All worked out, we felt we got a fair deal and would recommend both he and the dealership to others. What they didn't know was we had previously bought a work van from their dealership in Palm Bay several years ago so we were acquainted with their customer service. Maryann Higgins also was very efficient and professional. Again, no hard sales tactics but we did purchase an extended warranty based on her ability to outline the benefits, along with the costs.....again without the high pressure. All in all a very pleasant experience and one we would highly recommend to others. More
A million thank yous ro JT I can't say enough good things about our experience with JT...we had a VERY limited amount of $ to work with, very little time, and a lot of bad prior I can't say enough good things about our experience with JT...we had a VERY limited amount of $ to work with, very little time, and a lot of bad prior experiences with several dealers all over the state. We are from upstate NY and had our car stolen and totalled....insurance (Geico was a God send) paid us (not much but more than we could have sold it for.) JT and Steve crunched numbers and gave us plenty of information (as far as buying a car out of our home state) and an hour later we drove out in 1 of the 2 cars we had gone there to view. If karma does her work both of these gentlemen are set! They were not high pressure, knew what we could work with, and saved the remainder of our vacation! Seriously... a million thank yous! I wish I could have helped you more as far as your commission goes, but know that you have done a good deed for good people and if we are in the area when the time comes to get another car (with more money) we will most definately come to JT first. This is no xx...they literally saved us under the circumstances we were in. A seriously great experience and I really dislike buying a vehicle. I think I would prefer a root canal with no pain killers over car shopping...but this was as painless as I have ever experienced while purchasing a vehicle. Need a vehicle? See JT! And they treated our dog super too! More

Horrible service department experience! I purchased my 2015 Jeep Patirot on October 1, 2015 from Gator Chrysler in Melbourne. I purchased my vehicle new. While I was showing my vehicle off I I purchased my 2015 Jeep Patirot on October 1, 2015 from Gator Chrysler in Melbourne. I purchased my vehicle new. While I was showing my vehicle off I noticed that there was a large patch of paint missing off my front bumper. I contacted my sales person and brought it to her attention. Since my jeep was on the showroom floor they had to check the check list to see if the "blemish" on the bumper had been marked. Of course it wasn't, so it was implied that I was the one who damaged the bumper. I hadn't even been in possession of the jeep for 24 hours at this point. The sales manager finally agreed to fix the spot on the bumper. But I had to beg and plead for a rental while my vehicle was in the body shop. The experience with the body shop was sort of better and the bumper was painted properly. I picked my vehicle up close to the 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday evening. Come to find out that my turn signal on the passenger side wasn't working, so again, I had to call the dealership and talk to my salesman to let her know what had happened. It was a quick fix when I brought it in the next day, but I was very frustrated that I had to bring it back. The end of December I started noticing a moldy smell in my vehicle. It got worse, so I took it to the dealership where I was told that it would be 3 1/2 weeks before my vehicle could be looked at. At this point I had been dealing with respiratory issues and my children had been suffering from headaches for a little over a month. My youngest usually ends up with a migraine after riding in the vehicle, when he rarely suffers from headaches any other time. I was given an appointment for 1/4/16. I was really frustrated at this point because I am a single parent and I made the decision to buy a new vehicle so I would have the piece of mind that my vehicle would be reliable and safe for my family. Between the first of the year and the day of my appointment we had some cooler weather, and the smell went away, so I didn't keep my appointment on the 4th because I figured since the smell wasn't present they wouldn't be able to address the issue. On 1/6/16 it rained all day. When I went to leave for work on 1/7, my vehicle had a strong mold smell in it. It didn't go away a few minutes after I started the vehicle. I took my vehicle back to the gator Chrysler service department and spoke directly to the service manager. He came out and sat in my vehicle and said he couldn't smell anything. He went and got the assistant service manager for him to see if he smelled anything. He said he couldn't smell anything either. Other members of my family and my friends can smell the smell, I'm not sure why these men couldn't. The service manager felt the carpet and it wasn't wet, which I had already informed them that it wasn't. The asst service manager went and got an antibacterial spray and sprayed it in the evaporator vent along the windshield of my jeep. I was then instructed to spray Lysol in that vent once a week. I'm confused as to why I need to spray Lysol in this vent, if there isn't a mold issue. I feel like gator doesn't want to do anything to help me resolve my issue. I am very dissatisfied with gator. I was basically called a liar to my face. Buyer beware!!! This whole experience has been horrible and I'm afraid I'm just going to have to drive around in a moldy vehicle because the smell was back 5 minutes after the antibacterial spray was sprayed in the vent. Gator doesn't even want to attempt to located the sorce of the smell. Sticking you nose in the vent isn't going to do it!! More
