While we enjoyed working with JT, we were very disappointed that we agreed to things during negotiations (dealership tinting the front windows and $0 down payment) that they tried to get out of after the loan went through. After the loan was approved and we started signing, they told us they couldn't do the tinted windows and refused to budge on it until we started getting up to leave. Again after signing everything, they wanted a down payment when we were told the $1,000 they put down on the paper was them having to show we gave them something. It's one thing to play hardball during negotiations but don't promise something and then try to get out of it. Way to fail management! More
