I must say that Allen Petschow was a wonderful salesman, he put my priorities first and really found me something reliable that fit all of my needs. I cant say enough good things about his customer service. At this point I had been to dozens of dealerships with aggressive, desperate salesmen that tried to intimidate me into buying a car, however Allen really took his time to make sure I was 100% happy. Laura who had just helped me with my last routine service , was very kind & reassuring. She helped to have my car repaired in one day, kept me posted with what was happening and did everything she could possibly do to keep the cost down for me. This experience convinces me this would be the next place to purchase my car also! More
