Excellent Customer Service and Car Buying Experience I had contacted the dealership through their web-site and was interested in several different vehicles. They contacted me and we made arrangements fo I had contacted the dealership through their web-site and was interested in several different vehicles. They contacted me and we made arrangements for me to visit. When I arrived I asked for JT as recommended from their call back conversation. JT was extremely helpful, we discussed what I was looking for and the budget I had in mind. JT took us around the lot showing us a large selection of vehicles allowing us to find the right car for us. We narrowed our selection down to three vehicles and JT took us out for the test drive in each one. He never rushed us and allow us to take our time. He explained the details of each vehicle in great depth and answered all our questions. We narrowed selected two vehicles and he worked out pricing on each one allowing us to see the difference in cost. Once we made our choice, he completed the paperwork and handed us off to Joe in financing. Joe explained everything again and made the process painless. When complete, JT made sure our vehicle was ready and took care of us throughout our visit. Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful. We were not bombarded with pressure or various people making sales pitches. This by far was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've had...and this is something I usually dread. Everyone was professional and catered to our needs, even offering us beverages if we needed. I definitely would recommend Gator! More

From the moment I stepped in the dealership he made me feel comfortable and was very attentive to my needs. I required a vehicle that suited the needs of my wife who is disabled and yet kept me in the Jeep family of vehicles.I have owned 3 in my lifetime and wanted to stay with a Jeep. J.T. was extremely courteous and professional throughout the whole experience. John Theders played an intricate part in assisting J.T. in getting me into a vehicle that was suitable for my family. Stephanie Robaina got us the financing that fit our budget and made this possible. Stephanie was very polite and took the time to explain all our documents and made sure we understood everything. Kudos to these outstanding staff members. Without a doubt I will come back for my next vehicle and deal with them again. More

Complete Boondoggle I stopped in to purchase a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited advertised on the Dealers website for 28K + fees/tax/tag/title. I said fine I'll take it. The sale I stopped in to purchase a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited advertised on the Dealers website for 28K + fees/tax/tag/title. I said fine I'll take it. The sales guy was very polite and went off to do the paperwork. After 15 min of waiting he comes back looking frustrated and says the sales manager won't sell it for the advertised price. OK what will you sell it for I ask? Very best they can do is 30,250 + fees etc. Well I didn't like that so I look at a few others on the lot. I check the dealer website again and the advertised price on the vehicle he just offered me a great "deal" on at 30,250 has been changed form 28,000 to 29,500. The sales guy was nice but completely embarrassed. At that point I left. The management there are complete inept clowns and gave off the perception they couldn't care less if you were interested in purchasing a car from them. The sales manager seemed irritated to be interrupted in fact. I felt bad for the sales guy as well. They treat their staff like dogs. I went and purchased from another dealer even though I preferred to shop local. I've got nothing good to say about my experience with Gator Chrysler. More
