My salesman was Keith, he had an awesome personality and worked very hard to meet my needs. In the finance office MaryAnn was wonderful to talk with as she worked my paperwork. She explained things so well and was just more helpful than I could ever have hoped for. I love this dealership. I would recommend it to anyone. Such awesome service! Rainy lol the service was great I arrived just when it started storming,i got greated right away by Charlie M.I told him what i was looking for specifically and he informed me it was I arrived just when it started storming,i got greated right away by Charlie M.I told him what i was looking for specifically and he informed me it was on another lot, instead off just sending me there, he pulled a mini van around so i wouldn't get wet and drive me to it.when we got there we noticed we couldnt test drive the vehicle till we got gas because out only had4miles to empty.he cheerfully apologized and got a voucher and is the storm got drenched pumping gas so i could get a full experience of the vehicle i came to look at.a while later the rain slowed and i chose to drive on the way back to the dealership.thru all hee remained his sense of humor and politeness and we did buy that vehicle and would highly recommend Charlie M to anyone I dont know if anyone else would have gone above and beyond like he did. More

When nobody else could get it done I needed a truck so I wanted to go with a ram 1500, I live in the Orlando/Kissimmee area with many dealerships in my immediate area including two (nap I needed a truck so I wanted to go with a ram 1500, I live in the Orlando/Kissimmee area with many dealerships in my immediate area including two (napelton and airport Chrysler jeep dodge) with both these dealerships less than 5 miles from me. Both dealers gave me the run around and actually wanted to put me in a vehicle that I did not want expecting me to settle because I had a bankruptcy on my credit. I also went to Hurley in Deland and pretty much got the same run around but worse because they guaranteed me a deal and took my deposit just to call me the next day to give me the bad news. When I just about lost hope JT from Gator Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler in Melbourne gave me a call and said he could get it done within my budget and with my credit situation. I was skeptical because I had been to three other dealers and had been told the same story and driving to Melbourne over an hour away just to leave empty handed did not seem to appealing but I took a leap of faith and met up with JT and what can I say he delivered. I had to drive out of my way but in the end I got exactly what I wanted . Color, options the whole package. Today I own a beutiful 2016 Ram 1500 LARAMIE in a payment I could afford with very good interest rate. I want to thank JT and the people of GATOR DODGE for making my truck dreams come true. Pleasantly Surprised! My husband and I drove to Melbourne from Orlando with the intention of checking into another make/model of van. We already had a Dodge Grand Caravan a My husband and I drove to Melbourne from Orlando with the intention of checking into another make/model of van. We already had a Dodge Grand Caravan and had 2 deals already worked with 2 different Orlando Dodge dealerships for a new van. We looked at the different make/model and I was less than impressed. I would be giving up so many options from what my older Caravan already offered. So we decided to see if there was a Dodge dealership nearby and found Gator right down the road. I got out of the car, didn't introduce myself or make small talk and asked Allen Petschow it they had the specific van I wanted on the lot. Without trying to change my direction or act all "salesman" he said "yes, let me go grab the keys". I was extremely surprised and grateful that he was able to read our expectations. He came back out and answered all of our questions and let my husband and I have our discussions without trying to convince us of this or that. We told him what was important and he listened. He didn't try to show us anything that didn't have the features or interior or price tag that we wanted. There was ONE possibility on the lot that we would be happy with. The numbers went back and forth for a couple minutes and we told them that we already had 2 deals worked out in Orlando that were ready for us to go finalize. Allen and must have communicated our scenario accurately to his sales manager because they cut to the chase right then and there and put together the deal we needed to get it done. The finance process was pleasurable and painless, then we were on the road back to Orlando in our new van. More
