From walking in the door until the time I left with my new 4Runner my experience so pleasant and stress-free I wasn't sure If I bought a car or just had coffee, chocolate covered pretzels. Jay is honest, professional and genuine. He never pressured me or used any cliches like the one I recently heard at the other dealerships. "What's it gonna take to put you in this new car, or this is amazing I can't believe my manager is letting me do this." With Jay, all I did was sit down tell him exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted to be able to do with it., I wasn't sure if I wanted another truck or an SUV. I needed four-wheel-drive not all-wheel-drive. Jay listened carefully and helped me make the right decisions and I couldn't be any happier. Jay is an asset to Gateway and I'm forever grateful to have been in the right place at the right time. I will be referring others to him and maybe you too, tell them Debra sent you. LOL More

She had a terrible experience at another dealer near there, then went straight to Gateway. Jay did not push her to make a decision at all. I got a good deal on the prices of the car and Jay was a real professional in his dealings with me. I did not have to do haggling to get a good price on the new lease and also on my trade in. I had done my homework before I visited the dealership and found Jay and his manager quite receptive to what I needed in terms of the features in the car. They were able to get the car in the color that my wife needed from another dealership within a couple of days of my visiting Gateway Toyota. The dealership did not try to sell me any add-on features which I did not want. It was a very low pressure environment. On the day we took the delivery of the car, Jay went over the features of the car with my wife. Overall it was a great experience. I would strongly recommend the dealership to any potential customer.
