I did my 15000 mile service a few months ago. I asked if I can have an oil change done & then at my 20000 mile service I will not get an oil change. I was told that I can do that & I will NOT loose my 20000 I can have an oil change done & then at my 20000 mile service I will not get an oil change. I was told that I can do that & I will NOT loose my 20000 & 25000 service that I am entitled to. (Except I just wont get an oil change but ill still get the tire rotation and the rest of the service. When I came back for the 20000 service they said I will not be elugable for a 25000 service because I "skipped" my 15000 & did the 20000 so now its a 25000 service. In other words they cheated me out of a service even though I specifically asked if I will loose it by doing the oil change at 15000. To which I was told I will not loose it. I spoke to Toyota headquarters & they also felt that gateway was cheating me. They tried speaking to them but gatewY would not budge. This is my 3rd Camry purchased from them (in the last 10 years) I obviously will never go back to them again. More

Went to look at the new RAV4 Prime. They offered me 22K for my trade in (lowballed) I traded it to different Toyota dealership for 29.8K. The salesperson was constantly boasting that they never sell above for my trade in (lowballed) I traded it to different Toyota dealership for 29.8K. He sticker on his car was MSRP, BUT the dealer added crap (100% profit for dealer) added over 4K to the final price. From paint protection, to $1900 pinstriping, complete BS. I have plenty of pics if they dare to deny it. Overall horrific experience, which is hilarious as the salesperson was happy to tell me how Lakewood Toyota will nickel and dime you. Just like they attempted with me. More

Gateway Toyota deserves 5 stars from down to earth.The staff and service they gave was excellent.The time I saw the car that I want Monday morning my journey started with first Ms.Mariory Martinez who was staff and service they gave was excellent.The time I saw the car that I want Monday morning my journey started with first Ms.Mariory Martinez who was knowledgeable and courteous and patient answering my questions via texting .She as Internet sales consultant,she stayed with me at least half an hour to describe the car and the negotiation of price ,condition of the car like I was in their store.I live inTeaneck NJ ,Tomsriver town is 90 miles away from me I did not have any car to go there to test drive.She gave me all directions how to come from my town to Tomsriver with a bus.I just wanted to make sure before I come to Dealer I wanted Mariory to give the car the price we negotiated on phone was going to be same when I reached there.What a service,Senior Sales Advisor John Lucky was in the bus stop in Tomsriver waiting for me to take to dealership.John helped us a lot like Mariory.All paper work they presented to me was same quote same number not a penny more .John never pushed us or force to buy add on or any extra plans or services.John made all paperworks,insurance etc. and finished less than one hour.I advise everyone to find John Lucky if u ever go to Gateway Toyota.Last nice person that I met there was Bobby Arnold Finance Manager.He helps you to find best deal and explains what is necessary only .He was not pushy or aggressive .All these nice persons helped me to get my 2012 Honda CR-V to home in one day.I am very much satisfied with their service and courtesy that they showed to me even I was just buying a used car not a brand new Toyota.Thanks,Gateway...Akin Kaptan.
