I have spoken already with Eric Mahan about the incident, and it was very rude to me and my wife. as well. After speaking with him I felt ignorant because of how he spoke with me regarding car provlems. I dont want to feel this way again Mr. Cardwell - I dont think Gateway Toyota does well with customer service and dealing with people that arent well versed in car issues. There are other dealerships in the area that treat customers like humans and speak in laymen terms

They sent me two emails over a week apart from each other saying this car is available, but in both cases when I called they said it was sold. This is for the same car- same vin, same cars.com ad. Two weeks More
