This dealership explained to my wife that her car needed brakes done. Car with 60,000 miles on it, normal wear/tear. I can beleive it needed to be done in the front, not rear, (disc all the way around). Cha brakes done. Car with 60,000 miles on it, normal wear/tear. I can beleive it needed to be done in the front, not rear, (disc all the way around). Charged her $350.00 to cut rotors and replace pads up front. Now car pulls to right, plus vibrates after 60 mph. The rotors are as glazed and grooved as when vehicle was dropped off to be repaired. Service Manager says rotors were gut and pads replaced and the car doesn't vibrate, that's what his ASE certified Toyota mechanic says. Now my version.....they ripped me and my wife off for $350, no rotors cut, pads were replaced.....and go to Meineke from now on, hopefully they are HONEST! More

Matt was extremely helpful, and easy to talk to. When he realized it was going to take wsome time, for completion of maintance, he provided for a ride home and back. Problem encountered second day. I had realized it was going to take wsome time, for completion of maintance, he provided for a ride home and back. Problem encountered second day. I had a scheduled appointment. He insured I met it. Completion of maintance was resolved and excellent. It is people like Matt, and the quality of maintance performed, that causes one to recommend this dealership, for mechanical as well as purchasing of future vehichles. More
