What we didn’t expect We have a 97 Subaru Outback with 209,000 miles on it. We wanted a second car and of course we knew we wanted another Subaru. What we didn’t expect was our experience with the Gateway staff. They were unlike any other car dealership we’ve every met. I found the car on their website and called for an appointment. That’s how we met Crystal Collins which was the best thing that could have happened to us. She is a delight to deal with. When we got there she had the car all ready for a test drive but before we went out she went over the entire car with us and explained all the features inside and out. After the test drive we of course were sold and went in to meet Wendy Schiavone and Drew Hasenkopf. They were also very knowledgable and friendly and completed the sale of the car. We are very happy with our new Subaru and wish everyone could experience buying a car from Crystal and dealing with any of the staff at Gateway. More

The employees we worked with in buying a new vehicle were very professional and friendly. No pressure or, like in many dealerships, a feel like the vultures are circling. Many dealerships squeeze you if you attempt to leave the dealership before signing something. We weren't ready to buy on the night we test drove the Legacy and there was zero pressure on us to make some type of commitment before we left. The entire process from beginning to end was efficient and very quick. At the end of the transaction, our salesman took the time to personally show and demonstrate each and every feature on the vehicle. More
