Kyle relaxed us from the moment we sat down with him and offered us something to drink and spent the time getting to know us and reassuring us that we would be treated like family! We test drove several models and decided on a used Subaru which we absolutely LOVE! We also wanna mention Wendy who was so through with all the financing and being very upfront and extremely entertaining which put the icing on the cake for the whole buying experience. We have told many people about gateway and will continue to do so for years to come! I look forward to visiting a dealership like this ! More

Kyle Hutchins was very helpful, he spent lots of time answering all of my questions. Many times you are ignored at dealerships as a single woman, however I felt very valued and appreciated throughout th answering all of my questions. When I decided to purchase 2 days later,Kyle spent 45 minutes showing me the different options on the Outlook and how to program everything. He took the time to set my XM radio stations and to program my phone. He went over the highlights of the owners manual, even using a highlighter to point out the most used pages in the manual. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire transaction, I highly recommend the employees at Gateway Subaru. I also highly recommend the Outback.. Unfortunately, due to an accident, I was forced into the market for a new vehicle. My wife and I shopped the internet and followed up the leads by going to dealerships for over a week. We had not looked at market for a new vehicle. My wife and I shopped the internet and followed up the leads by going to dealerships for over a week. We had not looked at Gateway since they were Subaru and we were not in the market for one. Once we did, we found a car with two private owners at a reasonable price. We went there and were greeted by a salesperson who was professional and personable. We drove the car and had a few questions. The manager looked into those questions, resolved them and later that day, we bought the car. It is a used car, but the warranty we were able to buy at minimal cost, is like having a new car warranty. We asked for a discount and got it. This is not a high pressure dealership. Our salesperson, Magee, was like buying a car from your friend. She never pressured us, didn't use lines on us, and made us feel like friends. Maybe Magee should teach sales, since we walked away satisfied and will certainly send our friends her way. More

We bought our first Subaru and were extremely pleased with the service and friendliness of the dealership..in particular Crystal Collins as our sales rep and Wendy Schiavone as our financial officer. We began considering a Subaru over a year ago and Crystal helped us at that time. When we finally decided to buy the Subaru, we revisited other Subaru dealerships closer to where we live. One in particular wasn't very accommodating; in fact, they didn't even remember us only a few days after speaking with them. Then my husband contacted Crystal again, and she did remember us a year later. She was easy to work with and was willing to honor some special requests that we had, although we ended up not needing them after all. When it was time to pick up the car, Crystal came in on her day off to accommodate our schedules. She spent a lot of time explaining all the "bells and whistles" that our 14 year old Chevys don't have, and has been available to answer any other questions we have had since picking up the car. She has also called to see how things are going so far. It seems to us that customer satisfaction is important to Gateway, unlike other dealerships we have dealt with in the past where the "bottom line" is the priority. My husband and I came into the dealership looking to replace our worn out car. Magee Sheeler is the sales rep who took care of us. Both Magee and Brian went above and beyond in trying to get us a loan as well as working with our finances so we could leave with our new (used) car that day. Because of these two people, Subaru has gained a forever client as we shall not go anywhere else nor will I go to any other dealership but where Magee is. Thanks for all the help!! More
I always walk into a car showroom dreading what I expect will follow. I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere at Gateway and the easygoing but professional presence of Kyle Hutchins. The car buying experience turned out to be much better than I expected. I had in mind what I thought was a reasonable price for both me and the dealer and that price was met. Cars are expensive and I'm willing to pay a little more than perhaps a super aggressive person could get if I feel comfortable with the salesperson. I don't want to sit around arguing with people. I can't tolerate people who aren't efficient or don't know their job. We both like the quiet, calm demeanor of everyone that we met at Gateway. I would recommend Kyle to anyone who asks me about the car. Unfortunately I forget the name of the woman who did our paperwork, but she was "super slick" - no time wasted there which I really appreciated. Bottom line is that I really didn't have to buy a new car, I had come to the area to buy a completely different brand of car, stopped by this Subaru dealer, liked the car and the salesperson and decided pretty much on the spot to buy the car. Great experience and so far a great car. More
I have been researching cars for a few months, not sure what to get. Something not too big but not a sedan; a vehicle a little higher off the ground but not a hugh SUV. Then one day my neighbor drives by in her Forrester. That's it! She let me driver hers around the area and I fell in love! My husband and I had an afternoon off, knew from our neighbor how helpful and efficient Kyle was with our neighbor so headed over to Gateway. (If it had been Kyle's day off we would have come back.) There was Kyle. He showed us the available options and colors they had there, but I decided on the showroom model. Kyle took the time to highlight important information in the Manual and I have had a blast with my new car. Yes!!! I would recommend Gateway and Kyle to anyone who asks me about my Subaru. More
