Fantastic buying experience at Gateway Subaru !!! Over the course of three decades, I have purchased a lot of vehicles. From now on I will only buy Subaru's, and specifically only from Gateway Subaru, and more specifically from Salesperson Kyle Hutchins, because of the marvelous overall experience at that Dealership and from that Salesman! Fantastic Customer Service and listening to the needs and desires of the customer were hallmarks of the experience we had there last week. We needed some add-ons and Kyle personally took care of getting that accomplished ahead of our expected vehicle delivery date (even working during his "day off" to meet our tight timeline...!) so that when he presented us our new Impreza, it was ready to go exactly like we wanted it! And working with Wendy the Business Manager was a dream! I never spent so little time getting all the paperwork done for a new car purchase! And the deal that Subaru offered for financing was way better than my own bank had pre-approved me for......so I went with the Subaru financing option. So for the best car purchase experience of my life, I want to thank the amazing team at Gateway Subaru and specifically Kyle and Wendy ... although ALL the people at the dealership were wonderfully friendly during our time there! And they allow and encourage dogs there too which is great !! What an amazing friendly atmosphere for a superb car buying experience of the best all-around vehicles on the road today...Subaru. Thank you all...I will definitely be back for upcoming car purchases !!! More

Went back and told them where I needed to be. They agreed and then we split the cost on a remote start I wanted added on. Deal done. I did not have any pressure on me at any point in the process. Kyle was very kind and patient towards my wife who is from Honduras and that I sincerely appreciated. Everyone there was nice to my wife and I. Thank you. We had bought a pre-owned Nissan Exterra there in 2010 from Brian for my son and it is still running strong. That is one of the reasons we came back there and bought the new car. If this Outback does well, I will be back for vehicles for my daughter and son later on. Financing was a breeze. Just sign and go as I expected. Now waiting for the call to come get the permanent tags and the mail to arrive so we can send in the first payment. Delivery was outstanding. Kyle helped with the programming ( did almost all the work ) of the phone setup[ and did not make us feel like we were imposing on him. Thanks again. Got the SIrius account on other vehicle switched over to Outback so I will not miss a beat when the 4 month free subscription is up. Ed Miller More

We really appreciate her going above and beyond to get me set up with such short notice. Magee, too, was great to work with. She also contacted me the day before and met us at the dealership on Saturday. She walked me through the purchase process, let my life partner and me each do a test drive, and supported us through inspecting the car. We would definitely work with her again. More

Great Experience at Gateway Subaru I zeroed in on the Subaru Forester based on its reviews and safety record when i started looking around for a larger vehicle for hauling my dog and eq I zeroed in on the Subaru Forester based on its reviews and safety record when i started looking around for a larger vehicle for hauling my dog and equipment to dog shows. My husband had owned a 19 year old Subaru Legacy that was still running when he got rid of it last year and was sold on the idea of getting another Subaru based on its reputation for longevity. My husband and I stopped at Gateway Subaru to look at the 2014 Forester and were greeted at the door by Crystal Collins. She was gracious in offering us refreshments, showing us around the dealership, and introducing us to other Gateway Subaru employees. We test drove a couple different Forester models. Not being sure whether the Forester’s cargo area was large enough for the dog crate, we did not make a purchase that day. At a later date, I stopped by the dealership and with the help of Brian Kang tried a dog crate in the back of the Forester. It turned out that the crate was too large. Crystal, being very knowledgeable in the different Subaru models, led us to looking at the Outback as a better choice for meeting our cargo space concerns. Crystal was able to get us in the Outback Premium with the features I wanted within our price range.The entire sales process was smooth and un-pressured. She has a very warm personality and was a pleasure to work with. She went over all the key features of the Outback and programmed my bluetooth before we left the lot. I highly recommend Crystal Collins to anyone looking for a new or used car. I brought the Outback in for its first scheduled maintenance since the purchase and was very pleased with the service. The wait time was about 30 minutes less than anticipated. Brian greeted me as I walked into the waiting room and asked if I wanted anything to drink, or if I needed a ride. He offered to let me use his car if I changed my mind. I have owned five Nissans. I am sure this is the first of many Outbacks that we will be purchasing and servicing from Gateway Subaru. I am so thrilled with our purchase and can’t believe I waited so long. More

Excellent customer service! Kyle Hutchins was an excellent sales consultant. He easily understood our needs for the type of vehicle and price range we were looking to get in to. He communicated with us through email several times before we made the long distance trip down to see what we thought we wanted. He was not overbearing in trying to get us to come down to the dealership- a huge quality we were looking for in a sale experience. When we got there, all of the dealership employees were very helpful, and didn't mind us chasing our 1 1/2 year old around trying to keep her entertained. Kyle knew what he was talking about and answered all of our questions very easily. Wendy Schiavone was overly helpful and got us into the monthly payment range we needed to be in, without much hassle. She was very friendly, especially with our daughter. Brian Kang appraised our trade-in and gave us a fair deal on it without any hassle. We ended up getting the Forester that they had advertised on the internet, and their ad for it was completely honest and true. We test drove a few vehicles that night, and still bought the one that drew us to Gateway in the first place. Overall, we left Gateway feeling like we had gotten a fair deal, all the way through the process. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other people. Thank you! More

Crystal was AMAZING from showroom floor to test drive and right through the paperwork process. She even helped me transition to my new car. When I came in the next day to drop off keys for my trade-in she and Brian greeted me with a "Happy First Day".
