I did my research online and had sent a notification that I was interested in a particular vehicle and withing minutes I had a response. After office hours, Crystal called me to give me all the information i needed , even a rough estimate, and I was able to set up an appointment the next day. Crystal knew absolutely all the answers to the questions I had prepared. Besides the research I had done, she took my knowledge even further. Crystal used all of her resources to give me multiple options. With Crystal's personality, and knowledge of Subaru, I do not believe anyone could leave without driving off in a car they deserve.
