Amazing!! I had been wanting to trade in my SUV for some time now, however my husband had a few requirements in order for me to even think about. Most importan I had been wanting to trade in my SUV for some time now, however my husband had a few requirements in order for me to even think about. Most important to him was the safety of the vehicle, then the price point and finally the ease of doing business with the dealership. We hadn't considered a Subaru during our initial talks about a new car. I had never even looked into them online. However on a trip to Vermont in the fall, we found that Subaru is "THE" car of that area. It seemed as though everyone drove one, and considering the very long and snowy winter they had we were a little surprised to say the least. After our trip north, we actually starting investigating the Subaru and the different models they offer. We were pleasantly surprised with the price point being as reasonable as it was, also the safety rating really was what sold it for us in terms of taking the next step. Luckily for us Gateway Subaru is nearby, and we casually stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to take a look at the Crosstrek. This model for me had all the components I was looking for, as well as a price point that we were comfortable with. Kevin Miller met with us that afternoon, we told him we were just beginning to look into a new car and that we weren't actually looking to move forward until the new year. PS this was October when we first stopped in. Kevin showed us all the great things about the 2015 Crosstrek, but also informed us of the newer technology that would be coming with the 2016 version. He was very patient answering my questions and took down all of our information so that when he had a new model on the lot, we could come by and take a look at it. Over the two month time frame we had initially come by, Kevin was great about keeping us in the loop with the new inventory available. We stopped by to see the new model, he answered more questions for us, and really helped us with our process. Finally a week before Christmas we had decided we were ready to make the leap and get into the new car. Kevin and the entire staff at Gateway went above and beyond to help us make our choice, get the paperwork started and find the car I had been dreaming of. They all worked diligently to find my very particular "wants" in my new Crosstrek and we got to bring it home yesterday!! I can't recommend the Gateway Subaru staff enough. Everything from start to finish was amazing. I'm a very happy member of the Subaru family. More
Awesome experience!! I was in the market for a used vehicle while on a tight budget. I found a nice mini van with low mileage at Gateway Subaru and immediately sent an ema I was in the market for a used vehicle while on a tight budget. I found a nice mini van with low mileage at Gateway Subaru and immediately sent an email. Within minutes Zach responded. He was courteous and seemed to truly understand my situation. After a few days and a few chats with his manager (Wendy) he was able to bring the van down to an affordable price for me I then scheduled my test drive and was blown away by the customer service I received from both Zach and Wendy. I was not there buying an expensive new vehicle but they treated me with the same respect and acted as though me getting my used mini van meant just as much to them. The mini van at Gateway Subaru was less expensive with less mileage than others I checked in Salisbury and I appreciate them sticking to my price after another customer offered full asking price ($1500 more) before I had signed the papers. All in all it was a great experience. I was anxious going into the process but couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Thank you so much Zach and Wendy!! More

My girlfriend and I recently purchased her 2016 BRZ Limited and we both couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The salesman's name was Zach. Such a great dude. Very laid back and seemed to care for our satisfaction over just making a sale. The whole process took nearly no time, including the credit approval and all the paperwork. I've purchased 2 new vehicles myself and those experiences weren't nearly as simple and easy as Gateway made it. Zach got us a great deal on the car and made us very happy. Renee and Wendy handled my paperwork and were also a pleasure to deal with. I'd recommend anybody looking for a new Subaru or a quality pre-owned vehicle to go straight to Gateway. You'll be glad you did. More

When the time came to replace our older vehicles, we decided to check out the new Foresters. Steve was absolutely one of the best salespeople we have ever dealt with in our experiences. He was low key and no pressure. He honestly went out of his way for us. Rather than have us make enough trip to pick up the second car since we live over 45 minutes away , he had us drive the 2 new ones home .We then left our old car at his house since he lives near us and he drove it to the dealership on his next work day and had another salesman give him a ride home. He called to see how we like the cars. He is knowledgeable and caring. We would definitely give Steve a 5 star rating.We gave the dealership 4 star though because we did not like all the haggling over the trade ins with the used car manager. We know he had to put money into the used cars to resell. However he was still making money on the vehicles and we were buying 2 new ones. We should not have had such a hassle to make the deal work out. If it was not for Steve and that there are not that many Subaru dealerships near us,we would have left. We were there 2 times and the day we purchased it we were there over 5 hours. Overall our customer service experience could have been better if management looked at the big picture instead of worrying about their own department bottom line.
