Great Experience I visited three Subaru dealers the day I completed my purchase of an Outback Limited. Prior to that, I researched the vehicle on line and went to Gate I visited three Subaru dealers the day I completed my purchase of an Outback Limited. Prior to that, I researched the vehicle on line and went to Gateway Subaru twice to see an Outback and learn more. On each visit I spoke with Marvin Graham who was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. On those first two visits I told him I was not buying that day. Even so, he treated me like a returning customer, answered all questions and showed me all the features of the vehicle. Car buying experience My wife & I when over to Gateway just to look at new Subarus. I had a Baja since 2003 and love my vehicle . In the past 12 years I have heard nothing My wife & I when over to Gateway just to look at new Subarus. I had a Baja since 2003 and love my vehicle . In the past 12 years I have heard nothing but praise for Subaru cars. The only complaints have been for very.little and minor problems. The salesman, Jim Porter, who helped and worked with us was very courteous, knowledge & helpful . Although it was obvious that Jim was under the weather, he constantly kept apologizing to us, for coughing & an losing his voice. He was so helpful. Our day at Gateway Subaru was very enjoyable.
