We were very impressed with their Service Department and the overall feel of the business...employees appeared happy, were helpful and the areas were clean and well lit. Thus we worked with a salesman there to select and acquire our new vehicle. An overall pleasant experience! Don, our salesman, was excellent. He knew his product, answered all questions and gave an honest opinion about some of my concerns. I am disabled and multiple trips to the dealership would have been difficult....so Don was great about calls and emails to facilitate my selection and purchase. More

His enthusiasm for the Subaru was very evident as he and his family own Subarus. He would not let us leave the dealership until we showed him that we understood all the features of the car. He was extremely patient and encouraging as we were learning the new features as well as setting up our phones with Bluetooth, etc. In all my years of buying automobile we have never dealt with a more knowledgeable and thorough person at Gateway Subaru. This was our fifth Subaru purchase. More

Don was very accommodating in helping my family find the right car at the right price with all the options to meet our needs. Through the process he never once seemed pushy or attempted to steer us towards something that did not match our priorities. Don even came to a competitor dealership to pick my family and I up to close the deal with Gateway. Renee was very genuine and honest in helping get us the best financing to meet my families budget. She even helped to improve my families total credit picture and helped me understand the benefits of a product to help protect our new car from the bump, bruises, and stains that come along with toting a four year old and six year old. Wendy Schiavone the sales manager was very personable and made the negotiation of purchasing a new car a pleasure. Renee Ennis, finance manager is very knowledgeable and has a very bubbly personality. This made doing our final paperwork fun. More

He answered all of my questions, even some I didn't have. He and others stayed at the dealership beyond it's closing time to demonstrate and explain the Outback's features and conclude the sale.
