This is how a dealership should be run! At 64 years of age I have bought a few cars in my lifetime. This is actually our 7th Subaru and it is my wife's retirement gift. We are moving to the Bethany Beach area of Delaware so I went on line and searched for Subaru Dealers, plus I went to my local Subaru dealer here in NY. My contact was Steve Wergin and he was terrific. I searched their database and found the car we were looking for. We seamlessly negotiated a price and the car was waiting for us all prepped and ready to go when we pulled into the Dealership. Steve was fantastic in walking us through the whole process and in his presentation of the dealership itself. Great experience!! I went to Subaru Gateway today with my mother who helped me buy a car. We went to 5 dealerships that day to look at different mid sized SUVs. Firstly, Wendy Schiavone helped me secure finance that fit my budget and then she recommended I would add insurance for the used Volvo I purchased - just in case a major breakdown would happen. And it did!!. Secondly when I recently brought the Volvo for an oil change Kris Parker suggested the Volvo recommended service at the Volvo's mileage. It was worth every penny as the car felt like new. Actually I have to be careful as 40 mph now feels like the old 30mph... More
