I must say that I went from a 2005 Honda Element to a 20 Joe Kostecki was the salesperson that I worked with. His attention to detail was incredible! I must say that I went from a 2005 Honda Element to a 2021 Subaru Limited Forester… so there was alot for me to learn! Joe Kostecki took so much time with me. He is so PATIENT… he explained everything in simple easy to understand language. Going from a 2005 car to a 2021 car had me a bit overwhelmed at first; however, Joe Kostecki was there the entire time explaining and answering all of my questions… and I had alot of questions! I really was amazed at his kindness and his patience with me. He is just amazing…his patience helped to relieve alot of my anxiety over this upgrade from a 2005 car to a 2021 car. I am telling everyone that I know about how great he was to work with. It was a pleasure to do business with him. More

The personnel I dealt with at Gateway were a pleasure to do business with. They took enough time to answer any and all of my questions and never pressured me. I have yet to deal with the service dept. I hope they are as accommodating as the sales dept. More

Not very happy with customer service at the Gateway dealership after parts informed me a data control module that was draining my battery and that also controls all Bluetooth functions was on back orde dealership after parts informed me a data control module that was draining my battery and that also controls all Bluetooth functions was on back order for 8 months and possibly wasn’t going to be available at all. A few days later another dealership had it in a week. Also the Gateway service rep disappeared when I had questions about a window that didn’t stay closed that Gateway simply cleaned the gasket- nope, that was tried before by another dealership and a local independent mechanic without success. The dealership that got the module correctly identified the problem & replaced the gasket instead. Problems corrected. I can’t recommend Gateway More
I had purchased 5 Subaru cars from 1998 to 2018 from another dealer.....I went back to that dealer to trade my 2019 Forester for a 2023 Forester.....long story, but, the very young sales manager was arr another dealer.....I went back to that dealer to trade my 2019 Forester for a 2023 Forester.....long story, but, the very young sales manager was arrogant and insulted me.....I then went to Gateway.....on October 25, 2023, in 2 1/2 hours, I had my new 2023 Forester....they were wonderful More
