Now, I'd like to mention that I used to work at a Mercedes Benz dealer down in Florida 2 years ago. I have never seen or had customer service as excellent and as easy going that Zach has provided me. I have also had 2 cars from Hyundai and they didn't come anywhere close to how well he made this experience. I highly recommend this dealer and I recommend anyone that comes here to ask for Zach Nagler. I had a smile the whole time i was there. Absolutely phenomenal, thank you! More

Great first car buying experience I came in about two weeks to start looking for a car, and Lance really went out of his way to try and find me the perfect car. No hassle, friendly, knowledgeable people I started online with a couple of Subaru dealerships. Jim Stein at Gateway Subaru was the only one to respond to my request. The other dealerships just wanted me to go in & talk to them. So, Gateway Subaru was worth the almost hour drive to visit. Jim was very patient, friendly, and I never felt pressured. Wendy was very helpful, and Renee made the paperwork process easy. I left with my new 2016 Forester with no doubts about my purchase. I felt very taken care of with my purchasing experience, so much, that when it comes maintenance time I won't mind the extra time to drive to Gateway Subaru. More

Very Positive Experience. Not pushy and very helpful I recently had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Gateway Subaru. The sales person we used, Jim Stein, was incredibly helpful and accommoda I recently had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Gateway Subaru. The sales person we used, Jim Stein, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend working with him and would consider using him again in the future. He even stayed after hours to close the deal with us and gave us some great recommendations of local places to visit when we left. He was not pushy and was very helpful during the entire process. The only downside to the entire experience was after we had agreed to a deal we were sent to a woman who handled processing the loan and signing paperwork. She was visibly annoyed that we took the time to read the paperwork she put in front of us, so much so that she informed us she had to leave for a smoke break and made a few remarks we felt were condescending. Granted by this time we were after the dealership's published closing time, but its still too bad because everyone else was incredibly nice and accommodating. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Gateway Subaru More

Renee Ennis, you are such a caring and amazing individual who went well and beyond your duty. The patience and time that you took to explain each step of the buying process to both myself and my husband like nothing we had experienced in purchasing any other car buying process. Kris introduced me to Kyle Hutchins and Brian Kang, both easy to talk with and very professional. Kyle handled the final sale and vehicle deliveries. Kyle had marked significant pages and sections of the owners manual for both cars- a great way for us to get familliar with the new car features. Renee Ennis handled the financials and was a joy to work with. I highly recommend this sales and service team to anyone looking for Subaru sales and service. More
