No hassle, friendly, knowledgeable people I started online with a couple of Subaru dealerships. Jim Stein at Gateway Subaru was the only one to respond to my request. The other dealerships just wanted me to go in & talk to them. So, Gateway Subaru was worth the almost hour drive to visit. Jim was very patient, friendly, and I never felt pressured. Wendy was very helpful, and Renee made the paperwork process easy. I left with my new 2016 Forester with no doubts about my purchase. I felt very taken care of with my purchasing experience, so much, that when it comes maintenance time I won't mind the extra time to drive to Gateway Subaru. More
