Allowed us to compare vehicles and secured our financing. No high pressure sales, very accommodating, made us feel comfortable. Would recommend them to anyone! I already had used Gateway Subaru for service on my 2003 Subaru Outba From start to finish the purchase of my new 2017 Subaru Outback was effortless. I already had used Gateway Subaru for service on my 2003 Subaru Outback and knew that when I was ready I would be purchasing a new Outback from this dealership. Since I planned to pass along my existing Outback to a grandson, the whole buying process was easy and straightforward! Lance Culver took the time to explain all the "bells and whistles" of the 2017 model. And there are plenty! I chose the Premium Package 24 since it offered everything I wanted in my new automobile. Zach Nagler also was most helpful in assisting me with the packages I chose for added protection. Thank you all for making my purchase most enjoyable. I love my new Subaru! More

Gateway Subaru met my high expectations. I was the owner of a 2001 Subaru Outback Ltd. which I loved. We decided it was time to get a new car and I decided on the new 2017 Subaru Outback. I was the owner of a 2001 Subaru Outback Ltd. which I loved. We decided it was time to get a new car and I decided on the new 2017 Subaru Outback. The Outback is simply the best car on the market for a fair price. Safe, sturdy, beautiful and a good towing and hauling car too. Zack Nagler, our salesman, was very helpful in the process, even saving us time by filling out the 0% financing papers rather than routing us to a finance person. The cars were selling fast, and he was able to locate the one we wanted in the sister dealership in Annapolis and had it brought down for us to see, and then buy. I had a few experiences with the old Subaru in their service department, and so I had high expectations. The dealership is located on the Eastern Shore of MD, and the location was a factor. We watch "Outdoors Delmarva" on WBOC TV every week, and having Gateway as a sponsor of that show has made this dealership feel like family somehow! More

Relaxed Atmosphere We studied data concerning safety, reliability and reviews and visited Gateway in order to get a feel for the dealership and look at the various model We studied data concerning safety, reliability and reviews and visited Gateway in order to get a feel for the dealership and look at the various models. Following our visit we spoke with individuals who owned Subaru vehicles. We then obtained comparative pricing via the internet, Gateway was not a participant in one of the pricing lists yet they were competitive with the other dealerships that were a long distance from our home. During the interim we had decided on the vehicle package and returned to Gateway placed our order for the vehicle. The vehicle was to be delivered while we were on vacation not a problem with Gateway they would hold the vehicle. In conclusion, this transaction was stress free, the prices for the options were presented and with our vehicle the options are few. This purchase was hands down the most pleasurable we have ever done with a automotive dealership. More

Our experience with Steve Wergin, our sales person, and other members of the Gateway staff, was superb. Without a lot of hassle, we got a good price for the new Outback -- including a reasonable trade-in value for the Forester. Steve was very patient and thorough in answering our questions and in explaining and demonstrating the many new features available in the model we purchased. Our new Outback was delivered to us as promised. We highly recommend Gateway for the purchase of a new Subaru.. More
