When buying my last vehicle (Subaru BRZ) the sales process was incredibly easy and fast. Kyle Hutchins and Brian Kang made sure all the paperwork was completed and the vehicle looked immaculate upon my arrival. The most work I had to do was pick up the pen and sign. I will without a doubt be purchasing another Subaru and I encourage anyone looking for a new or used quality Subaru to take the time and go to Gateway. You will not be disappointed. Steve at Gateway Subaru was honest and straightforward. I have been around Subarus since the 70s.....grew up riding in the back of a Brat, and I know the cars. As a woman, I have been given plenty of, some I have been around Subarus since the 70s.....grew up riding in the back of a Brat, and I know the cars. As a woman, I have been given plenty of, sometimes silly and belittling, responses because of my specific request of a 6 speed manual requests. Steve at Gateway Subaru sold me my newer 2013 Outback from states away because he was thorough, real, kind, and very resourceful. Highly recommend Steve and the Gateway Subaru team. Thanks, Steve!!! Would drive another 600 miles RT to this dealership! I had a very good experience with Jeff Little and the team at Gateway Subaru. I found a used car online they were selling, I admit I was skeptical abo I had a very good experience with Jeff Little and the team at Gateway Subaru. I found a used car online they were selling, I admit I was skeptical about buying a car online and so far away. ( I am in Connecticut) Jeff answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He was very pleasant and easy to deal with, everything was upfront, no surprises. He gave me a final all inclusive price and that was the price I paid. The car was represented well We had one minor issue and it was taken care of before we left the dealership. All in all a satisfying used car buying experience. which I might add I've never had before! My son is very happy with this car and it drove well on the 300 mile trip home! More
