He is personable, thorough, truthful, and customer minded in his sales approach. When I chose features on the car that were not available at Delmar, Steve quickly contacted Annapolis to have a car delivered that met my needs. He took a long time to explain features on the car instead of rushing through it to make a sale. I have had several cars in my lifetime and by far Steve Wergin is the best salesperson I have ever had. Once you meet him you feel you have known him forever and will choose him again as your salesperson. Zach Nagler was wonderful helping me with financing and Kevin Miller assisted me before I was able to meet with Steve. More

Excuses and the Run Around I purchased a "certified" pre owned subaru from gateway and immediately after driving off the lot I experienced transmission issues. After returning I purchased a "certified" pre owned subaru from gateway and immediately after driving off the lot I experienced transmission issues. After returning to the dealer they told me the grinding was normal and that they wouldn't cover it regularly but under a "goodwill" as though I was at fault. After many painful hours of lies from the dealer I finally just purchased a Brand New Subaru at the expense. A lesson well learned not to buy "certified" from Gateway Subaru. More
