He was helpful and pleasant from beginning to end, ensuring the best price, and offering kindness and patience. Zach, the finance specialist, was equally professional. Both of these guys were very personable and easy to laugh with. It was all around a great experience. My next car needs third row seating which is too bad Because Subaru doesn’t really offer that- otherwise I’d go back here in a heartbeat. Loved every min of our short time at Gateway. Will recommend ALL AROUND. Thank you guys !!! More

Steve was outstanding and made the long distance purchase smooth. He communicated well (phone and email) and always responded quickly. He was always friendly and helpful. Extremely friendly dealership overall. Would definitely buy from Gateway and Steve again. Zach Nagler in finance was also extremely helpful. Quick and Simple I went to the dealership on Friday evening, and had a good idea what I was looking for. Lance immediately grabbed me two of my choices and we test dro I went to the dealership on Friday evening, and had a good idea what I was looking for. Lance immediately grabbed me two of my choices and we test drove. After the test drive I made my decision and chose the Subaru Impreza 5 door. Lance quickly got me approved and told me what my payments could be expected to be. I took delivery of my Impreza the next day and signed all my finance paperwork. Zach in finance made every simple and I was in and out of the finance dept. in no time! Highly recommend going to see Lance and Zach!! More
