The staff is caring, courteous, listens to your wants and needs, truly takes care of their customers without the typical haggling. The sales staff still says hello when in for a service and you aren't forgotten just because you aren't in for a purchase. The service department is honest and non demeaning, they don't speak down to their customers and make it understandable to their customers what is needed and costs, no pulling a fast one over on someone who isn't a mechanic. Hands down, I recommend Gateway Subaru for sales and service, they're simply the best. More
