This is our 3rd Subaru from Gateway (5th in total) and there is a closer dealership to our home, but working with these people is like working with family and we will always go directly there. We had the pleasure this time of working with Don Scullen, the sales manager and Barb Sieger and Zach Nagler. We had already worked with both Don and Zach who were both outstanding, but Barb was new to us and she was just the cherry on the top of the cake. They are professional, kind, caring, patient and knowledgeable. We so love this place and the service department is equally as excellent as they are. So if you have tried another dealer I will say, give Gateway a try and you will see the difference. More

Purchase of 2019 Subaru Ascent My wife and I stopped by Gateway Subaru to look at a used Subaru Ascent. We were greeted by Barb Sieger who was very knowledgeable regarding the Ascen My wife and I stopped by Gateway Subaru to look at a used Subaru Ascent. We were greeted by Barb Sieger who was very knowledgeable regarding the Ascent. She took us out for a test drive and explained all the safety features (there are a lot!) and gave an overview of the vehicle. Well Barb did a great job because we bought the vehicle and couldn't be any happier! Zach Nagler did a great job and was very professional explaining all the other details associated with the vehicle and maintenance programs that Subaru has to offer. Salesman Steve Wergin is the most knowledgeable and non-pushy car salesperson we've ever met. He kept us fully informed all along, worked hard to find the car I wanted (when the model was just released, so no dealer had many of them yet), and since the sale has remained available for questions. The sales process, including negotiation and LACK of the usual pushiness to buy add-ons that weren't right for us, was our best experience ever. During and after the sale, everyone in the dealership has offered exemplary service -- from other salespeople to the service dept. and other staff -- when questions re: operating the new technology & features have arisen. Can't recommend them & Steve Wergin enough. After a month of use, appreciating the car as well: handling, acceleration, and braking are fine -- even compared to the Audi it replaced-- and really love knowing it has Subaru's legendary safety features! More

As it should be .. I just purchased my second Forester at Gateway ....from the sales staff ( Don and Kyle) to the financing guru (Jeff),and of course service mgr (Shane) I just purchased my second Forester at Gateway ....from the sales staff ( Don and Kyle) to the financing guru (Jeff),and of course service mgr (Shane)...I could not be happier with the whole, sometimes daunting experience of buying a car. All questions and requests were acknowledged and handled in such a kind , accomodating and professional manner.
