Mistake Brian, sold my son not 1 lemon, but had my son trade it in ( unbeknown to me !) for another lemon. the first one was a Jeep, second round a Dodge. Br Brian, sold my son not 1 lemon, but had my son trade it in ( unbeknown to me !) for another lemon. the first one was a Jeep, second round a Dodge. Brian took advantage of my son's age and inexperience. Tricked my son to " trust me I will help you " ! I took over trying to get the Dodge " repaired" by Gateway. Not only did they not know how..kept it for a month and Brian..racked up ( using it personally) 800 miles on it. Finally I got the finance company to investigate this. Sent the Dodge to a knowledgeable dealership for Dodge's. Beware of the " used car's " there for purchase. Sadly my son is NOT the only victim of this kind of " sales " at Gateway Suburu. More
Recent Ascent Purchase & First Time Subaru Buyer My husband and I walked into Gateway Subaru to speak with a specific salesman that was referred to us. He was with clients so Barb Sieger assisted us My husband and I walked into Gateway Subaru to speak with a specific salesman that was referred to us. He was with clients so Barb Sieger assisted us with information and test driving the Ascent. Several months passed before we decided to purchase our Ascent. During that time, Barb followed up with us a few times, but she was very patient and never pressured us, which we appreciated. Once we decided to buy, we contacted 3 other dealers looking for the best deal with the features and colors we wanted in a two week turnaround. Barb offered us the best deal and we enjoyed her friendly personality and professionalism. We already had financing, but Zach Nagler was able to get us a lower interest rate. We purchased the zxilon paint protection treatment, but were not happy with the application. We understand things happen, but what matters is how the problem is resolved. We spoke to Zach and Wendy Schiavone and they immediately apologized and assured us the treatment would be redone at our convenience. Due to the new technology on the Ascent, we took the Love Encore class with Aislyn Vangenderen who is very knowledgeable. We are first time Subaru buyers and are very pleased with our experience with Gateway Subaru and their staff. We would definitely recommend Gateway Subaru to anyone interested in buying a Subaru and we look forward to dealing with them to service our Ascent. More

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had I am 74 years old and have purchased many cars over the years, both new and used. I felt very important to everyone I delt with, even though this was my first Subaru purchase..No pressure to purchase anything but what i wanted. Kevin went above and beyond to ensure we understood all the important features of the vehicle, he even paired our phone for us. Kevin also took it upon himself to mark the pages of the owners manuals to ensure we could easily find and access the important features of the car. Kevin also showed us the service bays and informed us of how you enter the building if you need service. Zach was great to deal with as well. Overall I would rate them a 10 out of 10. This is our 1st Subaru but not our last. More

Pleasant little drive around the block in the pre owned certified Forester convinced me to buy that car, but it was Don that convinced me to buy at Gateway.
