We felt like they really cared about us personally...and they have taken EXTRA CARE to educate us in the operation of our new car. We hadn’t bought a car in 6 years and A LOT of bells & whistles have been added since then. They have even offered us a class in a couple of weeks...to see how we are doing, answer any questions, and to further explain all the details of the car. More

We've been driving Foresters since 2012 and felt very comfortable with the size and layout. We are both in a higher risk group to the Covid virus and had no desire to visit a dealership and spend hours exposed to others beyond our control. We were looking for a dealer who could come to us since we pretty much knew what we already wanted. The first dealer we contacted was long on "How can I help you?" but then missed 2 at home appointments they agreed to on successive weeks. We then contacted Gateway and our sales rep, Shawn Edler, brought us a new Forester to inspect the very next day. Very impressive is how I would rate the experience. Shawn spent a good deal of time explaining the features new to us and we settled on the model and configuration that very day. The value offered to us for our two trade-ins and the sale price for the new car were both very fair and met the expectations we had from our research. Delivery two days later was smooth and the pre-prepared paperwork was quickly completed. Shawn again took lots of time with the turn over and information session for us to feel comfortable with the new car. Deal was good with no pressure either on the buy side (no real manager involvement) or on the finance side. 0% was a gift as we were prepared to pay outright. Since this is a new car, can't comment on service or other areas, but the sales experience was great. More
