Follow up from previous service (maintenance, wheel alignment). Also had to replace the front brake pads and have the rotors turned. By the time I got home (52 miles away), there was a rubbing sound co alignment). Also had to replace the front brake pads and have the rotors turned. By the time I got home (52 miles away), there was a rubbing sound coming from the left front of the vehicle. Subsequently, had to return to the dealership. Adjusted backing plates on rotors. Found normal noise in morning due to condensation that may be rubbing rotors. not sure that the rotors would still have condensation on them after driving 52 miles to the dealership for a 1:15 appointment. No charge assessed. More

I'm not rating the dealership. The dealership is fine and good. It is the industry that is not ready yet. Carmakers better get on the issue and ensure we full-electric car drivers can stop fearing being stranded in areas not satisfactorily engaged with charging stations. Also, the batteries themselves need to be better in the amount of miles they can get when fully charged. Two-hundred twenty-seven miles is not adequate. The dealership is great. It bears the same burden we full-electric car drivers do - the problem and disappointment in the number and reliability of charging stations. More
