Gateway Subaru is a top-notch dealership. I had never been to a Subaru dealer before. When I arrived at the facility, within 5 minutes a sales associate came out to greet me. He introduced himself as Jo been to a Subaru dealer before. When I arrived at the facility, within 5 minutes a sales associate came out to greet me. He introduced himself as Joe from West Virginia. I did a cute little chuckle. He was very professional, well kept, personable, and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. You could tell that he was very experienced in sales. Joe is one of the most thorough car sales rep, I have ever met. The vehicle that I was interested in had a lot of bells and whistles that I wasn't accustomed too. Joe made it a priority to tutor me on all the amenities my Dodge Journey had to offer. He walked me through the buying process effortlessly. Thank you JOE, from West Virginia! Now, onto the Finance Dept. I was greeted by Zach, a bubbly and cute Asian guy. He was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to seal the deal with an awesome interest rate. I couldn't be more happier with my experience with Zach. Thank you so much! I definitely couldn't end this review without mentioning the cleanliness of the facility, the personal touch in the women's bathroom, the snack & coffee bar, and also the fact that you guys have an area designated for children. I decided on Subaru because of the amazing features of the car and because my parents love theirs. He walked me through the various models, allowed me to test drive and ask A TON of questions and never made me feel pressured. When it was time to look into trading my car and talking Financials he got me in with Zachary who made sure I understood exactly what I was paying for every step of the way. Just when I thought that I would never be able to financially afford my dream card, they got together with Brian and pulled out an ace. I drove away in a car I never expected to be able to have at a price I never dreamed of and I still have not stopped smiling since I got the keys. It was painless and quick. I recommend anyone give these guys a chance and I know I'll be back when it's time again for a new car. They have won over a customer for life. More

This is the 3rd Vehicle I have purchased from Gateway Subaru. All 3 times the sales person who waited on me was friendly and knowledgeable about vehicles in their dealership. Kevin fit right into the mold of other sales personell. He took time to explain all the new features inside the car and when finished gave a quick quiz to see if we understood. He cared enough to make sure we understood the new features on this car. Overall I am extremely satisfied with Kevin's expertise in the vehicle I purchased.
