I just purchased a pre-owned Four Runner from Gateway Subaru. It was an excellent experience. I contacted Kevin Miller, sales, for information on the car. Kevin responded back and I asked for more information about the vehicle since I was about 4 hours away. Kevin put the vehicle up on the rack and sent me pictures of the undercarriage. He even took it for a test drive for me and provided feedback. I told Kevin I was very interested, but could not make it there for a few days. He agreed to hold it for me. When I arrived I was very pleased. His representation of the condition of the vehicle was spot on. the Four Runner was in great condition. I bought it. It was about $1,500-2,000 less than others I had seen in the VA. Great dealership, great salesman. I highly recommend. More

I just bought a 2021 Forester limited from Gateway and would characterize this as a “dealership sale”. We bought a Crosstrek from Gateway in 2017 and have been dealing with the service department since t would characterize this as a “dealership sale”. The deciding factor was the dealership. Being already pleased with the service department, I found the salesman (Glenn Clutter) professional, knowledgeable, easygoing and accommodating. I ended up partially financing the vehicle and ended up dealing with a gentleman named Zach Nagler, also very professional, accommodating and easy to work with, who provided me with multiple options and financing schemes; one of which I took advantage of.
