I'm not rating the dealership. The dealership is fine and good. It is the industry that is not ready yet. Carmakers better get on the issue and ensure we full-electric car drivers can stop fearing being stranded in areas not satisfactorily engaged with charging stations. Also, the batteries themselves need to be better in the amount of miles they can get when fully charged. Two-hundred twenty-seven miles is not adequate. The dealership is great. It bears the same burden we full-electric car drivers do - the problem and disappointment in the number and reliability of charging stations. More
Made an appointment for oil change/tire rotation, was greeted promptly, waited until service was complete. My car was returned to me in 75 minutes, washed and ready to go.
