I liked the fact they presented the quote by showing the exact amounts for each line item, what discounts and credits were available and finally their bottom line. There was no game playing or running back and forth to the Manager to make the final decisions. It was done in a professional manner. When I went to pick up the car, it was ready and the paperwork was done. Overall, a good experience. More

My Fiance and I went into Kia knowing we wanted a Sorento EX and Optima EX with certain features included, with a total montly payment price in mind. Unfortunately they only had LX and SX Optima models on th EX and Optima EX with certain features included, with a total montly payment price in mind. Unfortunately they only had LX and SX Optima models on the lot. Jamaal was patient, friendly, and very accomidating while we test drove 6 cars. The handling was a little rough on the one Optima color choice my fiance liked the best. Jamaal had it brought in for service to rotate tires from one car to the other, we test drove it again and it rode perfectly. Having picked the exact cars we were looking to lease, trading in my 2007 Accord with a -$4,000 finance value, which I knew going in (thanks a lot Honda), Jamaal patiently went back and forth with us to get to a price we were all confortable with. Once the details were ironed out Tom breezed us through all the paperwork. Despite the upgrade to the Optima SX Turbo (we aren't complaining there!) combined with my trade-in value (or lack of) Jamaal was still able to help us drive off in two new cars at our budgeted amount. So glad to be dropping off the second Accord lease back to Honda tonight! We are now a Kia family! Thank you to Jamaal, Tom, and Towne Kia! More
