Inspection by appointment Inspection due. Service almost charged me for a complimentary oil change and complimentary tire rotation because she was not paying attention to our Inspection due. Great Experience I take my '13 Sorento to Gateway for service exclusively. I had it in for an oil change on 7/3/18 but also needed new rear brakes and rotors which I w I take my '13 Sorento to Gateway for service exclusively. I had it in for an oil change on 7/3/18 but also needed new rear brakes and rotors which I wasn't aware of. The work was done in a timely manner but was a bit expensive, but I needed it done. When I got home I discovered a coupon for an oil change and money off the total bill. I went to the service department after work and explained that I got the coupon the day I had the service completed and asked if they could honor it. At first the service writer said that he couldn't open the repair order today so he couldn't discount the bill. I asked to speak to the service manager who, after reviewing the situation offered me a free oil change and tire rotation on my next visit. I was happy with that and appreciated the gesture. Thank you for always doing your best to accomodate me! I'm sorry I don't remember the names of the employees involved. More
