Amazing Experience! I had never bought a new car before. I knew I wanted a Kia Soul - but I also have always imagined car salesmen as not very nice people and was worried I had never bought a new car before. I knew I wanted a Kia Soul - but I also have always imagined car salesmen as not very nice people and was worried that it would be a long, horrible day. I was so wrong! We were greeted at the door (it was pouring rain) by Kevin, and he was wonderful from the start. He was very kind, patient, and helpful and did everything he could to get me the vehicle I wanted and in my price range. He was not just focused on the sale, but was also focused on keeping us happy and comfortable. We had to spend a little extra time there because the color of the car I wanted had been moved to another store, and they had to transport it in. Kevin was very entertaining during our wait. He also tried to get us a cardboard hamster to take home - though he was not successful, we still took a picture with one. I love my new Kia Soul and had an amazing experience purchasing it. I highly recommend visiting Kevin at Gateway Kia if you’re looking for a new car! More
