I love the free car wash and free service during first year of ownership at Kia, what a nice throw-in--not all car dealerships do this, but it will certainly make me want to buy another Kia and the service personnel is an added benefit! I felt the loner vehicle needed the service and it was very dirty. The communication of what is needed and why it is needed was clear and excellent part on that. Dissatisfaction with the General Manager I purchased a pre owned 2017 Kia Sportage Ex on 6-21-2017. The car had three different tire brands, which they corrected on 7-21. They cosmetically repaired one area, but the General Manager, Barry Kabinoff, refused to correct another area. Having owned this car for a month, I am appalled at the response of Barry Kabinoff. Because of his attitude towards my concerns, I will not recommend this dealership. More
