Hello Mr Graves, We apologize for your concerns in reference to the 2017 Sportage you recently purchased from us. Please be advised, during negotiations we never promised that we would make any repairs to the few minor imperfections on the vehicle. The vehicle was presented cosmetically to you as it was and we never committed to making repairs. However, as a gesture of good faith we did agree to touch up the small blemish located on the side of the Sportage. Furthermore, as a courtesy, we replaced two tires that measured over 50% with two brand new tires due to mismatching. The vehicle you purchased is a Pre-Owned Kia and as a result it has met all of the high standards and criteria of Pennsylvania State’s certification checklist and requirements. Again, we are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied. Our goal and mission here at Gateway Kia is always 100% customer service satisfaction.
