Our second buying experience at Gateway Kia - Warrington was just as good as our first! Lorenzo is one of the nicest, non-pushy, accommodating sales people we have ever dealt with. I know what constitutes was just as good as our first! Lorenzo is one of the nicest, non-pushy, accommodating sales people we have ever dealt with. I know what constitutes a knowledgeable salesman and what constitutes a great sales experience. More dealerships should adopt the less pushy, more friendly, less bottom-line attitude. If a customer is going to purchase one of your vehicles he has a right to expect to be handled as an intelligent buyer. If the salesman can demonstrate the vehicle effectively and answer the customer's questions, like Lorenzo, without any arm twisting then the sale should come easy. The game of back and forth with the manager should be kept to a minimum. It makes for a much more pleasurable buying experience when the customer can feel that the deal that he got is the deal he came in for. Great customer service with a very friendly, clean and welcoming showroom. Overall buying experience excellent! More

My daughter came in for service on her sportage. I was not looking but I drove away in a new car. Traded up from a 2011 Sprotage SX TGDI to a 2013 SX Sorento. Lorenzo and the staff where amazing. Called about their Memorial day sale $5000 off any new Kia in stock, when I called I asked about the actual price of the vehicle,a 2012 Forte LX auto w/ a MSRP of $17120. I bluntly asked would it be $1712 Kia in stock, when I called I asked about the actual price of the vehicle,a 2012 Forte LX auto w/ a MSRP of $17120. I bluntly asked would it be $17120-$5000= $12120, he said it would be $5000 off "dealer posted price" what the heck is that? It seems they can make up any price they want,so I did not waste my time and told him I was not interested.It seems as though they will get you up there and try to pressure you to buy.If it seems to good to be true it probably is. Hands down worst dealer I have ever dealt with in my life. Lies, games, deception etc.. Salesman was very arrogant. Tried to charge me $4,000 over MSRP on a base kia soul with manual transmission bec life. Lies, games, deception etc.. Salesman was very arrogant. Tried to charge me $4,000 over MSRP on a base kia soul with manual transmission because "they are hard to get and this is the going rate for a markup." This was all lies. Then they tried to sell me a $4,000 dealer package with mud guards, pin stripes, remote start. I told them I wanted bare bones with nothing else, but they would not listen. Then i got in touch with another dealer and found out this markup was a lie. Wound up getting a soul from another dealer with no problems at all. I posted this because I want people to be aware these guys will blindly rip you off if you do not do your homework. How is this even legal? And how do these "men" sleep at night? STEER CLEAR OF GATEWAY KIA! More
August 2011, I inquired via email about a car listed in their online inventory and was told that it was available. I phone called to confirm they had it at their Warrington dealership and made an appointme their online inventory and was told that it was available. I drove 40 minutes the next day and was told when I arrived that John was out sick. They then told me they couldn't find the car and then said it was at their Quakertown dealership and that I should drive over there to see it. At that point I left. I did eventually find the car I wanted at Sussman Kia and bought it with no problems, excuses, deception or rude treatment. More
I drove off the lot with my new Kia without Inspection stickers. When I finally noted this almost two months later, I called the dealership. I spoke to a manager, Chuck. He in essence blamed me for that mistake and would not accommodate my needs. After he explained he could not accommodate my needs, he promptly hung up on me. I have NEVER seen customer service like this in my life before. A manager hanging up on me? Definitely will NOT be referring friends & family to the dealership, as well as not doing any future business with them. I am completely disgusted. More
