Great experience! Visited Gateway to check out a few used vehicles I saw online. Made a return trip a few days later (with 3 kids under the age of 12!) to buy a 2016 Se Visited Gateway to check out a few used vehicles I saw online. Made a return trip a few days later (with 3 kids under the age of 12!) to buy a 2016 Sedona. I worked with Dave and Al. Both of them were patient with my numerous questions and worked hard to get me into the Sedona. My children and I are loving our new van! I would most definitely recommend Gateway Kia (and specifically Dave & Al) to anyone looking for a new or used car! Thanks so much!! More

EXCELLENT!! Customer Service was outstanding. I decided to get more work done on my car because they offered me a loaner car so I wouldn't have to sit there for Customer Service was outstanding. New used car purchased -2015 Sedona EX Car purchase completed on Saturday 6/23. Picked up vehicle on Monday 6/25 and departed the dealership only to realize that the A/C was not cooling. Car purchase completed on Saturday 6/23. Picked up vehicle on Monday 6/25 and departed the dealership only to realize that the A/C was not cooling. Could not return that day due to appointments and had to get the earliest available service appointment which was Wed. 6/27 at 8:30am. I think that the fact I had this issue upon pick up that I should have been given more of a priority and at least accommodated into Tuesday’s service schedule. The service person I spoke with (Mark) said that he was booked up for Tuesday. Sales Mgr Alex wanted to intervene and try to get me into Tuesday but I decided that I would just not use the vehicle on Tuesday instead of create havoc for the service department to fit me in. I much appreciate the customer service attitude that Alex had and I being in sales and service for over 40 years understand the value of a satisfied customer. Lastly on the day of service Wednesday the service Manager was quite accommodating after hearing the issue with the vehicle . More
