love my gateway Kia dealership purchased a 2012 Soul and as usual went in for my 3000 mile oil change and drove out with a 2014 Soul. Love my new car. I still did not have a good score in fact it was very poor , however the gentleman at this dealership were willing to speak to me and try to see how they could help. They got me in the vehicle I wanted and most important needed. They don't know it but they gave me the first chance I needed to truely start over and I will forever be grateful. They didn't just sell me a car that day they gave me so much more. This has become my only place to go for a vehicle and I will recommend them to everyone I get a chance to! I purchased a new Kia Sportage for my wifes birthday. Within a month of purchase the problems began. Driving to work one day in a rainstorm the car stopped running on Rt. 309 creating a very dangerous si Within a month of purchase the problems began. Driving to work one day in a rainstorm the car stopped running on Rt. 309 creating a very dangerous situation for my wife. It turns out there was a service bulletin for this problem that we were not notified of. We received the car back 2 days later than originally promised. The next time a problem occurred my wife was going to work again, the temp gauge shot up to hot and the car had to be towed back to the dealer. This time the tech who fixed the service bulletin created another situation by failing to check or fill the coolant level. We can not recommend this vehicle or dealership to friends and family for their future purchases. More
