A wonderfully smooth and non-pressure experience! When we came into Gateway Kia, we were instantly greeted by a manager and made to feel welcomed at the dealership. We stayed what we specifically were looking for and before we knew it we were hooked up with Rob who was determined to find us something in our price range and what we were looking for. No one pressured us to by the most recent model, everyone respected what we asked for. When it came down to deciding between two cars, Rob didn't pressure is into a car and let my husband and I take the time to decide which was best for us. Rob is extremely knowledgeable in the Kia brand and you can tell he is proud of the cars he sells! Everything from the moment we walked in the door to test driving cars to signing the paperwork was smooth and easy! Everyone we came into contact with at the dealership was welcoming and so easy to talk to and work with! Even with our 6 month old daughter in tow, we felt completely at ease. We drove off the lot in a new car and were absolutely happy with the service we received from everyone we talked to! We will definitely be back when it's time to get a new car!
