Best oil change experience ever. Richard, at the service desk took my 2018 Mustang GT in immediately and returned the car, ready to go in less than one hour!! I keep my engine compartment very clean. No drips, smears or oil anywhere but where it belongs, in the crankcase. But wait, there's more! The cost of this service was beyond fair. The fee was far below any other shop in the area. Poor service and communication Made an appointment well in advance. Called twice ahead of appointment to confirm it was scheduled properly and that everything could be done the sam Made an appointment well in advance. Called twice ahead of appointment to confirm it was scheduled properly and that everything could be done the same day. Was told it would take 1-2 hours for the visit. Dropped the car off at 7:30 am. Never heard anything back. Started calling to check on car at about 1pm. Got placed on hold and went in circles; no-one in service ever answered. Ended up calling about 6 times before I got anyone in service, and then had to leave a message. When I finally spoke to tech he told me the machine they needed is "broken". I explained that I live an hour away and had confirmed several times for todays appt. He asked if I couldn't just leave the car there tonight. I said no, I live an hour away. And as an added insult, this conversation happened late enough in day that the shuttle is no longer available (which I told them I would need), so I will have to Uber there to pick up car. Very frustrated and won't be coming back here for service. More

They where almost 800.00 short.went to dmv in ga the added dealer late fees, dealer late title fees, and other fees. They refused to pay, Am pursuing legal remedies through federal prosecutors for fraud and violating various interstate law and internet laws, felons, then going do them civilly.as well and just found out that my bank is going to join in because they sent a title without them as lien holders.
